We focus on ministry, not fundraising. Our 3-day ministry events are designed to break even, and our 1-day ministry events are usually free for all participants. Attendees of our ministry events will rarely hear a fundraising pitch because we want them to focus on listing to Jesus, who is more interested in their hearts than their wallets.
However, we cannot continue to point outdoorsmen to the cross and expand our presence in unreached communities without the financial support of donors who believe in the Blast & Cast ministry and want to see it flourish.
Monthly donors are the backbone of our financial support because automated monthly donations allow us to budget accurately and plan effectively. Our annual budget and our staffing are based largely upon monthly donation levels. $100/mo is the most frequently gifted amount, but any amount is appreciated and makes a direct impact on the outdoor community. One-time donors help us raise capital for big projects and tackle the unexpected expenses that inevitably arise. One-time donations can be made through the EGiving link or via check made payable to Blast & Cast Men’s Ministries and mailed to P.O. Box 2873, League City, TX 77574-2873.
Blast & Cast Men’s Ministries is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization, and we pledge to be exceptional stewards of the financial resources entrusted to us. We believe in financial transparency and accountability, and we take rigorous steps to avoid conflicts of interest. Our budget is established annually and reviewed quarterly by our duly elected Executive Board of Directors, who serve on a volunteer basis and are not paid staff members.
