Purpose: Enjoying the beauty of God’s Creation, while building relationships with fellow outdoorsmen and introducing them to Jesus, or helping them to follow Jesus more closely.

Dates: Primary check-in will begin on Friday, April 18th at 4:00 pm.  If you will not be able to check in by 8:00 pm on Friday, please let us know ahead of time.  The event will officially end at 12:00 pm on Sunday, April 20th.

Liability/Age Limit:  All participants will be required to sign a liability waiver at sign-in. Age limit: 14 years and above. Participants under 18 yrs old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Registration: Participant (hunter) registration is available online, and open to all.

Cost: Approved Volunteers – $75.00 | Participants (hunters) – $150.00  

Hunting Volunteer group leaders will take two (2) people each to designated sections of the legal hunting area.

Each hunting participant is required to bring their own gear (listed below).  Participants should anticipate hiking into hunting locations.  We will have volunteers present to lead hunting parties each morning.  Please remember to be flexible and work together to make the event work.

Meals: Meals will be provided – (Dinner on Friday | Breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Saturday | Breakfast on Sunday). Plan to bring your favorite drinks and snacks. If you’d like to help out on the cook crew, please let us know in advance!

Freebies/Door prizes: All participants will receive a discount code towards merchandise on the website.

Rules:

  1. No perfect people allowed. Come as you are, no pretending.
  2. No drunkenness. Alcohol in moderation is allowed only after hunting is done for the day. Safety is a must!
  3. Please watch profanity.
  4. Have a good time.

  • Licenses: Small Game, Habitat Stamp, HMAV, Turkey Tag
  • Recommended: Turkey Vest
  • Snacks and drinks for in the field
  • A willing attitude that’s eager to help make it work and have a good time.  Remember, everyone at the event is a volunteer.  Set your expectations as though you are going on a weekend trip with friends, not a guided hunt!
